Community engagement is a dynamic and participatory strategy that incorporates social perspectives and contributes to the development of the community. As an NGO, our motive is to establish meaningful connections with the communities that we serve, actively involving community members in decision-making processes, programs development, and implementation. Our goal strategy is to create a collaborative and participatory approach that empowers the community in general and design programs that address their needs, and ensures the success of the initiative
Capacity building often involves skills development programs, and at We4You, we are committed to empower individuals by adding skills and knowledge, skills that will help them in addressing the challenges we currently face in the space of environment and education. We are thrilled to encourage growth in terms of self-reliance while nurturing positive impacts in terms of social, economic, and environmental dimensions.
By engaging in advocacy, we amplify the voices of marginalized communities, drive systemic change, and create a more equitable and sustainable communities. Through advocacy efforts, we strive to raise awareness, influence policies, and mobilize support for gender equality, women’s rights, and environmental sustainability. We advocate for initiatives that support women’s empowerment in agriculture, such as access resources and education while advocating for the importance of school gardening as a means to educate and empower young learners in promoting sustainable food production.
